A deposit invoice for 50% of your order will be emailed to you within 3 working days of receiving your completed order form, this must be paid before any work begins, failure to do so will result in your order being delayed and cancelled after 10 days of not receiving payment.
PDF proofs will be emailed to you to check, where amends can be made if necessary. Once you have signed off the artwork the remaining balance invoice will be emailed to you, this must be paid before everything is sent to be printed. Failure to do so will result in delays and the order being cancelled and the deposit lost after 10 days of not receiving payment.
Wild Moon holds no responsibility in delays to your order due to unpaid invoices or unanswered emails.
