Wild Moon Wedding Invitations London FAQs

  • As a guide, template orders take 2-3 weeks – this includes the design, checks, printing and postage – while my bespoke design service takes a little longer at 6-8 weeks.

    Occasionally things can take longer, particularly special finishes such as foiling, venue illustrations, custom location maps, vellum belly bands or envelope liners, which take longer to design and construct.

    If I think your order is going to take longer than the average timeframe, I’ll let you know. Remember, it’s always best to get booked in ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

    Remember you can always book into the Wild Moon design diary in advance, this guarantees you a place at the front of the queue for the month you book into. Find out more here.

  • You will of course need one invite per household, but I always recommend ordering a handful of additional cards to allow for guest list changes, misplaced invites or just so you have some beautiful keepsakes. Ordering an additional small number of prints further down the line can be quite costly, so it’s best to include a few extras with your main order.

  • This is entirely up to you and everything can be tailored to your needs, but I’ve written a handy blog post with some pointers.

  • Absolutely! With every order you get up to three digital mock-ups so you can see your designed wedding stationery and make any changes before it goes to print.

    Regrettably, I cannot provide proofs or mock-ups before an order is placed and a deposit is paid.

  • Yes! Physical proofs can be sent to you as long as a deposit has been paid. Standard print proofs are £20 each and digital foiled proofs are £30 each.

  • Unfortunately, I’m not able to copy existing designs outright for copyright reasons, but I can use these as inspiration for your own bespoke design.

  • Of course! Orders to the US, Canada and Australia are sent via DPD, fully insured with tracking, so you know your wedding stationery will turn up safe and sound. 

  • As all the stationery I create is personalised to you, it is non-refundable. At Wild Moon, I’m all about the design – proofreading is not my forte so I ask that you check the wording on your collections very carefully before approving them for print. Sadly, I am not able to cover the costs of amends and reprints once you’ve approved your design.

    If you wish to cancel your order during the design process or before artwork has gone to print, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance of your order but your deposit is non-refundable. Once you have approved the artwork and paid the balance, the sale becomes final.

    If you have to postpone your wedding for any reason and your stationery has not yet been printed, I will be very happy to move the booking to a new date.
